William H Greer

Age 72 of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on May 19, 2012. Bill served in the US Navy for 6 years, 4 of which as operator of the reactor on a neuclear submarine. He served an LDS mission to Ireland from 1964-1966. He was an active member of the LDS church serving in several capacities including counselor in the bishopric and ward executive secretary.

Bill is survived by his wife Jenalynn "Lynn" (nee Pennock), 4 children: Michael T. Greer (Melissa), Rebecca L. Carbone (Robert), Mary Ann Everingham (Spencer), Amy H. Greer, 10 grandchildren and a sister Barbara Buckwalter. Bill was a loving and loyal husband, father and friend and will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday morning from 9-11AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 260 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 followed by a Funeral Service at 11AM. Interment with military honors will take place at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy contributions in Bill's memory may be made to The Salvation Army.
