Theresa L. Thompson

On January 7, 2015, (nee Girgenti) of Gloucester City, NJ, passed away surrounded by her family, at the age 54. She is the beloved wife of James E. Thompson, loving mother of Sammuel, Erinn (Daniel Marks), Alysha, Kelly, and Jason (Rebecca) and cherished grandmother Kayla, Peyton, Corrin and Amaya. She is the dear sister of Thomas and William Girgenti, Albert Profico, Robert Girgenti, Stacey Geserick and Jennifer Girgenti and is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews. Theresa was very active with South Jersey Storm Competitive Cheerleading Squad and also with Gloucester Mustang Football Cheerleading. She loved being at the shore and wearing her flip flops. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and again Monday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 POWELL ST., GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ. Theresa's Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr.
