Rita L. Schlemmer

(nee Banchi) age 88 of Bellmawr, NJ passed away on Monday July 1, 2013. Rita is predeceased by her parents Giovanni & Concetta (nee Occuto) Banchi; and her late husband Erhard "Zip" Schlemmer. Devoted mother of Arlene (Dominic) Vesper of Audubon, NJ. Loving grandmother of Dominic, Jr. (Kim) Vesper, Kristina (David) Carey, Anthony (Jaime) Vesper and great grandmother of Dominic & Samantha Vesper, Gianna Carey, Mia, Lexi & Bella Vesper. Rita is also survived by her brother Michael Banchi and many loving nieces and nephews.
Rita worked as a waitress at Ponzio's Restaurant in Cherry Hill.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Sunday evening from 6-8PM and Monday morning 8:30-9:45AM at HENRY FUNERAL HOME, 152 W Atlantic Ave, Audubon, NJ 08106 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 10:30 AM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti RC Church, 901 Hopkins Rd, Haddon Twp, NJ 08033. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ. Contributions in Rita's memory may be made to: The Cathedral Kitchen, 1514 Federal Street, Camden, NJ 08105
