Nelson Trinidad, age 66 of Camden, passed away at Palace Rehabilitation in Maple Shade on Wednesday March 25, 2009.
Mr. Hartley was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and had been a resident of Camden. He is survived by his children Ana and Nelson Trinidad, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the Trinidad family to rememeber and pay tribute to Nelson on Friday morning between 10 and 10:30 am at the funeral home where a memorial ceremony will begin at 10:30 am. Inurnment will be held privately
