Nancy Louis

Nancy Louis (nee Beese) of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away on January 5, 2016. Nancy is the beloved wife, for 50 years, of Lauren L. Louis, and rock star mother of Natalie S. (James Nolan), Kevin L. (Sara Fallon-Louis), and Donna J. (Rusty Galon). Loving grandmother to her grandchildren Dylan and Luke Nolan. Also, grandmother to grandchildren Aiden, Liam, Joey and Riley Fallon-Louis. She is also survived by her sisters Linda Bender, Joy Nees, Brenda Ross and her brothers Michael and Richard Beese. Nancy is predeceased by her parents Edna (nee Hartnett) and Carl Beese. In addition, she is proud aunt to her many, many nieces and nephews. Nancy is ... Nancy. If you know her, you know what this means. She was a master of reinventing herself. The condensed version: First, army wife to Lou while in Vietnam and big-sister/mom to her four siblings. Then, full time mom to her children and part time mom to a neighborhood of other children who always filled her house with wild fun, including sports and MTV. She sold houses as an agent. She ran a cleaning business and moved to Florida for a while. A Jersey girl at heart though, she moved back and studied to become a physicians assistant. Nancy was a fighter who faced adversity such as Super Storm Sandy and ultimately cancer with a ferocious desire to live life her way. And, if you were lucky enough to call her friend, well then you might just say you were among the luckiest people on the planet. She always made you feel like her best, most treasured friend. Nancy knew how to tune in and turn it up. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Sunday, January 10th from 12 to 2 PM at the Creran Funeral Home, 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, N.J. 08107. A service will follow at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Lung Association.
