Muriel E. Benoit

On April 29, 2016 (nee Johnson) of Berlin, formerly of Oaklyn, NJ, age 96. She was the beloved daughter of the late Clifford and Ellen Johnson. She is the loving sister Annie Johnson, dear aunt of Susan Campbell, Mary Ellen Antolos, John Goodridge and several great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her very dear friend Marilyn Watson. Muriel had been employed as an Executive Secretary for Rohm & Haas in Philadelphia retiring in 1983 after 43 years of service. She was a member of the Oaklyn Senior Citizens and enjoyed doing needle work, reading and traveling. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ. Muriel's Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private at the request of her family. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Camden Co. Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 475, Blackwood, NJ 08102.
