Lillian A. Mayo
May 5, 1921 — March 15, 2015
Age 93, formerly of Audubon Park, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Care One of Evesham.
Lil is survived by her daughter Beverly Ross and husband Michael Ross, her son Robert Mayo and his wife Elizabeth Mayo. She was a grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 5. Lil is predeceased by her 4 loving sisters. She adored her many nieces and nephews.
Lillian developed many special relationships in her final years at Care One. She was a devote Catholic who never missed a mass or service.
She was an active member of the Audubon Park Senior Center. She enjoyed many bus trips and saw many places.Prior to retirement, Lil worked as a Court Clerk for the Camden County Clerk's Office of Michael Keating in Camden City.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Friday morning, March 20th, 2015 from 11AM-12PM at the HENRY FUNERAL HOME, 152 W Atlantic Ave, Audubon, NJ 08106. There will be a celebration of her life beginning at 12 Noon, Rev. Joseph P. Trombetta, M.A., M.Div Chaplain, officiating. Immediately following services, interment and graveside committal will take place at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
