Kenneth C. Vanderslice

On October 24, 2017 of Mt. Ephraim, formerly of Oaklyn, NJ, age 73. He was the beloved husband of the late Norma E. (nee Logue), loving father of Dennis (Melissa) and the late Patrick and Jeffrey Vanderslice and loving grandfather of Ethan, Jacob and Emily. He is also survived by his dear sister, Diana Gregg and many nieces and nephews. Ken was a longtime and devoted member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Oaklyn. He was proud to be a reserve in the United States Marine Corp. He was a former Boy Scout Leader, an avid gardener and enjoyed collecting angels. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ and again Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 409 White Horse Pike in Oaklyn. Ken's funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers his family would appreciate memorial donations be made to American Heart & American Stroke Assoc., 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
