Jeannie "Genevieve" Morgan

Recently of Collingswood, NJ formerly of Monroe Twp. and Haddonfield passed on October 30, 2010. Born in Brooklyn, NY she had lived primarily in Colorado and New Jersey. Jeannie had been trained in voice and piano and had starring roles in major operas in both New York City and the Denver area during her career. Jeannie had also sold real estate in the Monroe Twp., area. She was a graduate of the High School of Music and Art in New York City and Rutgers University.

She is survived by her daughter Andria (Chuck) Swanson of Audubon, NJ and son Steve Morgan of Littleton, CO; grandchildren Bethany (Paul) Mitros, Caitlin, Robert, David and great grandchildren Audrey and Genevieve Mitros; also her sister Dorothea Farwell of Des Moines, IA.

A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Collingswood Manor, 460 Haddon Ave, Collingswood, NJ on Saturday November 13, 2010 at 10am. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10am. Burial at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts in Jeannie's memory be given to the Fellowship Fund of the Collingswood Manor.
