Edward M. Novak

May 28, 1925 — November 27, 2017

On November 27, 2017, of Oaklyn and formerly of the Fairview Section of Camden, age 92. He was the beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee Salvatore); loving father of Michele Richardson (late Charles) and the late Edward M. Novak, Jr. (Michele) and brother of Dorothy Christy, and the late Frank and George Novak. He is also survived by his grandchildren Charles Jr. (Kim), Holly (Walt), Tiffany, Gina, John and great grandchildren Evan, Zoey, Kayla and Katie. Mr. Novak was an Army Veteran of WWII and had worked for MacAndrews and Forbes in Camden for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ. Mr. Novak's prayer service will be held 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ. In lieu of flowers his family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 550 Mickle Blvd., Camden, NJ 08103 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
