Debra Garbrecht, known to her loved ones as Deb lived a life marked by selflessness and dedication to helping others. Born on March 25th, 1978, she carried these traits with her throughout her journey, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Deb's commitment to serving her community was evident in both her career and volunteer work. As an EMT, she courageously responded to emergencies, providing care and comfort to those in need. Her passion for helping others extended beyond the workplace as she dedicated her time to volunteering for Camden County OEM and Camden County CERT. Her willingness to step up and lend a hand in times of crisis touched the lives of many.

A proud alumna of Collingswood High School, Deb graduated in 1996 before embarking on a path defined by compassion and service. Those who knew her spoke of her kindness, empathy, and unwavering dedication to making a difference in the world.

After a short battle with an illness, Debra Garbrecht passed away peacefully on January 8th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. While she may no longer walk amongst us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Deb will be dearly missed by her mother Linda Garbrecht, sister Sharon Braun, partner Jordan Bisconti, best friend Cin-Cin Denney, and her three beloved cats. In each of their lives, she leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and service that will continue to inspire all who were touched by her presence.

May we remember Debra Garbrecht not with tears of sorrow but with gratitude for having known a soul so pure and a heart so full of generosity. May her memory bring comfort to those who mourn her loss and serve as a reminder of the profound impact one person can have on the world around them.

Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on March 23rd from 12-4 pm held at her sister Sharon's house. Please contact Sharon directly by email sgarbrecht@gmail.com or Creran Celebration Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes for the address.
