David B. Phifer

December 28, 1941 — October 28, 2015

On October 28, 2015, of Blackwood, NJ, age 73. He is the beloved father of Pamela Gallus (Anthony Pozzi), Christine Buscemi (Richard), Karen Weidner (Todd), Jennifer Phifer and dear brother of the late John Phifer. He is the loving "Popeye" to his grandchildren Danielle, Richard, Alexandra, Anthony, Julian, Amanda, James, Brittany, Jason, Matthew, Adrianna and his great grandchildren Landon, Layla, Lana, Luke, Ella, Lucy and Grace. Mr. Phifer was employed as an Actuary for the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Philadelphia and for Miller, Mason & Dickinson in Conshohocken, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 409 White Horse Pike., Oaklyn, NJ. David's Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM at the Church.
