Daniel Forziati

Daniel Forziati, age 19 of Audubon, passed away suddenly at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia on Monday June 2, 2008.

Daniel was born in Voorhees and had been a lifetime resident of Audubon. Daniel had a severe form of Muscular Dystrophy (SMA1) but loved his life. He graduated from St. John of God's EIP and Audubon S.H.A.P.E. Pre-School. Even though Daniel had received his education at home, he was able to graduate from the 8th grade with his class. He also was able to graduate from Audubon High School and participate in the Graduation Commencement Ceremony with the class of 2007. Daniel had been a lifetime parishioner of Holy Maternity Church in Audubon and was blessed to make his first Holy Communion and Confirmation.

Daniel is survived by his parents John & Carol Forziati (nee Molik) of Audubon and is the brother of the late Carol M. Forziati. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Mr & Mrs. Lawrence Molik of W. Collingswood Heights and his paternal grandmother Elizabeth of Westmont and his late grandfather Carmen Forziati.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the Forziati family to remember and pay tribute to Daniel on Monday morning between 9 and 11 am at Holy Maternity Church 431 W. Nicholson Rd. Audubon where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am. Interment and graveside tribute will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. John of God School 1145 Delsea Dr. Westville Grove, NJ 08093
