Danette Tessey (nee Filipponi), age 63, of Cherry Hill, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024
Danette was born in Camden raised in Collingswood and had been a resident of Cherry Hill for the past few years. She worked at Franklin Machine Products in Lumberton and is survived by; her husband Edward “Jimmy” Tessey, her daughters; Kelly Filipponi of Gloucester City and Jenilea Filipponi Lowe of Collingswood. Danette was a proud grandmother of Michael J. DeFelice, Jr. and Dylan T. Lowe. Danette was predeceased by her parents Dino and Elaine Filipponi. She is the sister of, Dina (Bobby) Woelpper Andrea Maloney, and Vincent (Lana) Filipponi, as well as the late; Michelle Hetzel and the late Marc Filipponi. also was loved by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives, friends, and neighbors are invited to gather with the Filipponi family on Monday morning between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at Creran Celebration Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn. A graveside tribute will immediately follow at Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken.
