Vermandel, Constant ("Stan", "Corney"), age 63 years. Suddenly, another beautiful soul lost to the grips of addiction on Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
Corney, first and foremost, was a wonderful husband and father and was there for anyone who needed him. He was a graduate of Antonelli School of Photography and had owned and operated his own photography studio for many years while working full time in the Laborers Local 172. Corney loved the Lord, his family, and was a naturalist at heart. Kayaking, poetry, and motorcycling were his favorite pastimes. He loved the beach and everything to do with the outdoors. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him.
Corney is survived by his loving & faithful wife Beth (nee Walter) and is the father of his cherished "Girls", Rebeccah Horn (Damon) and Rachel Carr (Joseph). He is the proud grandfather of Andrew (6), Kyleigh (4) and Lucien (7 months), whom he absolutely adored and worried for, in light of our changing world. Corney is also survived and will be sadly missed by his brothers Hans and Michael (Angelina), and was predeceased by his brother Luke and sister Helena.
Relatives, friends and neighbors are invited to join the Vermandel family and share your heartfelt memories on Wednesday morning between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm at Creran Celebration Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn where a remembrance ceremony will begin at 12:00 pm.
