Constance A. "Connie" (Gadren) Wozniak

June 18, 1940 — November 1, 2021

Heaven gained another angel - and a great one. Our mom, Constance A. “Connie” Wozniak (nee Gadren) age 81 of Haddon Twp. was the most caring, beautiful, loving and faithful person you could meet. She had touched the lives of so many with her huge heart, endless spirit and energy.

Connie was kind to everyone, no matter if you were family, a good friend or the stranger standing in front of her at the checkout line. Her creativity and talent was simply amazing. She could design and sew a doll dress, create a beautiful piece of jewelry, make a “memory bear” or bless a newborn baby with a christening dress made from her mother’s wedding gown. Mrs. Wozniak’s love was endless. She was a devoted wife of 59 years, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Our family is truly blessed for being loved and guided by her. In return, we were blessed to have her to love. We are certainly stunned. If anyone could put up a fight against cancer and win, it would be our mom. She did until the bitter end. Unfortunately for all of us, God had other plans.

Connie was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy of the Angels in Haddonfield and earned her Bachelor’s degree at Immaculata College in 1962 and received her Master’s from Saint Joseph’s University in 1986. She was the owner of Uniglobe Classic Travel in Marlton and worked in her family’s business, Gadren Machine Co. in W. Collingswood Heights. She loved nothing more than sitting on the deck at her home in Avalon.

She’s terribly missed already but we know there is now someone special watching over us. Mrs. Wozniak leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Edward G. Wozniak and her children Marie Wozniak, Diane & her husband James Morton, and Edward Wozniak. Connie is the proud grandmother of Katie Morton, PFC Brendan Morton, U.S. Army, and sister of Joan & her late husband James Kelly, Marie & her husband Joseph Santomauro, Gary & his late wife JoAnn Gadren, George & his wife Geri Gadren and the late Frank & his wife Donna Gadren.

Relatives, friends and neighbors are invited to gather with the Wozniak family. We’ll be sharing our heartfelt stories Monday, November 8th between 9:30 and 10:45 am at St. Joseph The Worker Parish, St. Vincent Pallotti Church 901 Hopkins Rd. Haddonfield. We will celebrate Connie’s life through faith in a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Fr. Walter Norris celebrating. A graveside tribute will immediately follow at New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.  As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 901A Hopkins Rd, Haddon Twp.
