Charles A. D'Amico

On November 17, 2016, a long time resident of Oaklyn, NJ, age 88. Loving father of Nancy Clark, Tom D'Amico (Natalia), Theresa Reed (Larry), Gina Ingiosi (Frank), Dan D'Amico (Paula), Shirley Raff (Barry), Lisa Alston (John), Christina Sutter (John), Rich D'Amico and the late Linda D'Amico, Charles D'Amico and Phyllis Hall. He is also survived by 25 dear grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Mr. D'Amico was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia and was a Marine Corps Veteran. He was the manager and coach of the S.W. Colts baseball team in Philadelphia. He worked for over 15 year as the custodian in Oaklyn School where he was fondly known as "Mr. D". Mr. D'Amico was a regular at the Oaklyn Dunkin Donuts where he enjoyed his social time with his friends. One of his favorite pastimes was his enjoyment of decorating his home for all holidays. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Monday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12:00 PM at St. Simon Stock Parish, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, White Horse Pike & Franklin Ave., Berlin, NJ. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ.
