CATHERINE CHRISTINE (NEE NEUHOUSER)
On February 10, 2016, a lifelong resident of Gloucester City, NJ, age 82. Predeceased by her husband of 63 years Charles. She was the devoted mother of Ronald C. Cattell (Frances M.) and cherished Nana of Christine M. Pierce (Gary E.). She is also survived by her precious great grandchildren Colin Patrick, Finnegan Charles and Margaret Anne. She was a loving "Maa" to her constant companion, her cat Bootsie. During her lifetime, Catherine was proud to serve and work as the Director of the Board of Health for Gloucester City, Administrative Assistant to the NJ State Assembly, and an Administrative Assistant to the Camden County Sheriff. She loved a good meal, her many treasured friends, shopping, and going to the theater. She left a powerful impact on everyone she met. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Tuesday, February 16th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the CRERANFUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ. Her Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Gloucester City. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Camden County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit, 520 Market St., Camden NJ, an organization she played an essential role in starting.
